Part-Time Data Entry Team Member (Southlake, TX)

We are excited to announce that we are looking for a rock star to be our part-time data entry team member.
THE JOB:
- Data entry including QuickBooks, Excel and other proprietary and industry specific software.
- Backup support for receptionist. Answering phones, greeting clients, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High comfort level with technology
- High attention to detail
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A high-school or college student with the right schedule may be a good candidate
- Ability to serve several team-members, meet deadlines and balance priorities
- Self-motivation, reliability, high ethics, and energy
- Ability to communicate with professionalism, both verbally and in writing
