Dana McGuffin, a Certified Public Accountant since 1990, brings more than three decades of experience serving businesses and nonprofits. She began her career in the restaurant industry, gaining practical insight into operations and financial management before moving into public accounting. There, she provided bookkeeping, accounting, and CFO-level services to small and mid-sized organizations. In 2006, she launched her own CPA firm in Bedford, Texas, later expanding by acquiring and merging a Southlake practice in 2017. Today, she continues to advise clients across diverse industries with strategic, personalized accounting solutions.
Sue Bednarczuk is a Texas native who grew up in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and earned her accounting degree from Texas Tech University. With more than 20 years of experience, she has served as CFO for several major real estate development companies, sharpening her skills in financial management and tax strategy. She now focuses on providing clients with dependable bookkeeping and tax support tailored to their needs. Away from the office, Sue enjoys time with her grandchildren, powerlifting, and line dancing.
Emily Rivera, a Texas native, earned her master’s degree in accounting in 2019. She specializes in delivering comprehensive bookkeeping solutions that keep financial records accurate, timely, and well organized. Known for her professionalism and attention to detail, Emily focuses on providing exceptional service and building long-term client relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Lynda Hatfield serves as an Account Manager and brings more than 20 years of experience supporting clients and building strong, trusted relationships. She approaches every engagement with a calm, solutions‑focused mindset and a commitment to reliability. Outside of work, Lynda enjoys outdoor activities, gardening, crafting, and spending quality time with her family.
Ashley Jones, Practice & Business Development Manager, a proud Chicago native, firmly believes that every great city needs a great pizza spot. She earned her degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois and has built a career as a seasoned professional with experience in management, banking, and client relations. Ashley thrives on connecting with people—whether it’s helping them grow personally and professionally or sharing fresh ideas.
Becki Waterman is a lifelong Texan, born and raised in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. She brings extensive experience in administration, bookkeeping, and customer service, pairing efficiency with a genuine focus on client satisfaction. Becki enjoys meeting new people and helping them resolve issues with practical, tailored solutions. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her family, especially her eight grandchildren, and traveling to new destinations.
