Dana McGuffin, CPA
Dana received her CPA in 1990. When "outsourced accounting" was first coming onto the small business scene in the 90's, she began providing bookkeeping, accounting, and CFO services for small to medium size businesses. Dana opened a CPA practice in Bedford, TX in 2006 to continue serving businesses. During her years of practice, she gained much experience with both businesses and nonprofits. In 2017, Dana purchased the Knutson CPA, PLLC practice in Southlake, TX and merged both locations.

Emily Rivera, Account Manager
Emily Rivera was born and raised in Texas. She earned her Master's Degree in accounting in 2019. Emily enjoys working with clients' bookkeeping needs. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Jayne Araya-Carlisle, Account Specialist, CPA
Jayne is a seasoned accountant with over 20 years of corporate accounting, external audit and internal audit. She is the mother of two kinder-grad Dragon daughters, the youngest graduating in 2020 and both are currently attending Texas A&M. When she is not working she enjoys being outdoors, gardening and spoiling her "live-wire" Boston Terrier.

Ashley Jones, Practice & Business Development Manager
Ashley Jones is a native of Chicago and believes a good pizza place is a must. She received her Degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. As a seasoned professional with experience in management, banking and customer service she enjoys talking to people, helping them grow personally and professionally and sharing new ideas. When she isn't working she enjoys spending time with her husband and son and listening to music.
Rebecca (Becki) Waterman, Office Administrator
Becki Waterman is a proud Texan; born and raised in the DFW metroplex. After more than 20 years in medical management, she decided to make a change to accounting and received her certification in QuickBooks. She now uses her training as an integral part of the administration team. She has a plethora of experience in administration, bookkeeping, and customer service. Becki enjoys meeting new people and helping them solve problems. When Becki is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family (especially her eight grandchildren).
